This standard agreement governs account provisioning, platform availability, intellectual property covenants, and regulatory compliance protocols for all users.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or interacting with the LexStandard software suite, APIs, or related documentation, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you represent an organization, enterprise, or legal entity, you certify that you hold the requisite statutory authority to bind such entity to these covenants.
To utilize privileged functions of the platform, you must establish an authenticated account. You agree to submit accurate, current, and verifiable registration credentials. The responsibility for securing account tokens, master passwords, and API secret keys remains solely with the account administrator.
Any unauthorized breach, token leakage, or suspicious computational access must be reported to LexStandard within twenty-four (24) hours of discovery. LexStandard disclaims all liability for losses resulting from compromised administrative credentials.
Users agree to employ the platform strictly for legitimate legal, organizational, and contractual administration purposes. Under no circumstances may any user engage in:
All patents, registered copyrights, proprietary algorithmic classifiers, visual styling components, and underlying database schemas remain the unencumbered property of LexStandard. Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license strictly limited to internal operational use.
You retain full title, ownership, and copyright over Customer Data submitted to the platform. LexStandard will not claim ownership over customer legal assets or disclose confidential dossiers without an enforceable judicial order.
The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether statutory, express, or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by governing statute, LexStandard expressly disclaims warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular legal purpose.
In no event shall LexStandard, its directors, employees, or licensors be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill exceeding the aggregate subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
This Agreement remains operative until terminated by either party. LexStandard reserves the right to suspend or revoke account permissions immediately upon identifying a material breach of conduct. Upon termination, access rights cease immediately.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to conflicts-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding arising hereunder shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
